OUR HISTORY

Javier “Tony” Avendano established PHE Manufacturing in 2013. Tony wanted his company to be the leader manufacturing high quality plate heat exchanger plates. Not only to service his own endeavors but also those of other companies within our specialized industry. PHE Manufacturing continues to grow each day and offer a variety of different products and services.
